John Douglas
Operating Partner
John is a senior finance professional with experience gained at CFO and other senior finance positions across a variety of business sectors. Most recently John has worked as CFO of National Timber Group, a Cairngorm Capital portfolio business, and has been instrumental in driving integration, structure, and change as the Group has grown through ongoing acquisitions.
Previously John has worked in the Architecture, Telecommunications, Alcoholic Drinks, and Chemicals sectors, and in 2017 led the successful sale of a PE backed Chemicals business to overseas buyers.
